Ecosoil has employed the services of a qualified biochemist with a background in microbiology to conduct research and experiments. An important objective at Ecosoil is to research new ways to improve and refine the current compost tea recipes. We are conducting compost tea trials on commercial farms across the country on a continual basis. These trials investigate the beneficial effect of compost tea over a period of time on a diverse variety of crops such as grapes, potatoes, apples, maize, pastures and many others. The effect of compost tea on increasing crop yield, crop quality as well as the overall improvement in soil health is investigated. Many of these trials are still in progress and results will be posted as they become available.
